We make every effort to provide you with the best services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times. We strive for your complete satisfaction to provide a safe and secure journey to the best of our ability without any misunderstandings between the tour escorts, the company and you at any time. Terms and conditions given hereunder and, on our website, or any other printed material form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. You are required to carefully read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions before you register yourself, family or friends on any of our tours.

 

1. The person signing the booking form is bestowed with the responsibility to sign and accept on behalf of the name mentioned in the booking form which means that the other names mentioned in the booking form have understood, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions as mentioned herein.

 

2. The payment towards initial registration amount is an indication of your intention to participate in the said tour however it does not entitle you to any of the services such as travel tickets, hotel bookings, visa etc. until the full tour payment has been received by Travel Connextion. If full tour payment is not received in time, Travel Connextion reserves the right to cancel booking which may result in loss of initial deposit/registration fee.

 

3. Government taxes will be charged as applicable at the time of booking.

 

4. Group tours means tours which are carried out in groups which may include families, individual passengers and services provided are similar to all the participants in said tour.

 

5. First day of the tour shall begin at any time (i.e. in the morning/afternoon/evening) at the first destination depending on the arrival of respective flight/train/bus or any other mode of transport, same shall be in case of the last day of the tour. In other words, a day shall mean a part of the day or 24 hours or its part thereof.

 

6. All the passengers on tour hereby acknowledge that they have gone through with itinerary and are well aware about the same and are medically fit to undertake the said tour. Passengers will be solely responsible for any health-related issues arrangements of the medical assistance if required.

 

7. Any passenger/s deciding to break the journey after commencement of tour can do so however there will be no refunds for the remaining part of the tour and their onward journey arrangements will be their own responsibility.

 

8. Force Majeure means an event or circumstances not within the reasonable control directly or indirectly of Travel Connextion in it’s ability to perform it’s obligation/responsibilities regarding the tour including (i) war, hostile invasion, act of foreign enemies, (ii) rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power of civil war (iii) epidemic, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake or other exceptional nature calamity and act of God, (iv) ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly, (v) riot, commotion or disorder, (vi) any act of omission of any Government instrumentality, (vii) change in legal requirements, (viii) strikes, lock outs or other industrial disturbances, (ix) abnormal weather conditions including lightning, hurricane, typhoon, rain and temperatures.

 

9. Passengers interested going abroad must have a valid visa to visit/travel to that country/countries. Travel Connection will assist you with the documentation process to apply for visa however we do not guarantee that your application will be approved & visa granted.

 

10. We are travel and holiday organizer only and do not control any airline, cruise company, coach operator or suppliers of any services towards the tour.

 

11. Transfers included in the tour and missed by passenger/s due to late arrival of flight/train etc. will not be refunded & the passenger/s will need to make their own way to destination.

 

12. Services included in the tour and not availed by the passenger/s will not be refunded.

 

13. There will be no refunds for loss days in hotel stay or services such as sightseeing, meals and optional activities, if any and missed by passenger/s.

 

14. No liability on the part of the organizer or the staff arising in any way in respect of the tour shall exceed the hotel amount paid for the tour. It will not include any additional expenses under any circumstances.

 

15. Flow of the itinerary may be changed due to reasons beyond control and for smooth functioning of the tour.

 

16. Any passenger/s damaging property such as hotel room, bus, restaurant or any damages caused by the passenger/s while on tour, compensation shall be paid by the passenger/s.

 

17. Any dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions, tour/s and the services shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.As the services to be provided on any tour are booked months in advance, cancellation of such services results in loss of revenue for the company by way of cancellation fee depending upon the time of cancellation with the service provider. Therefor any cancellation of booked services will attract cancellation charges as specified by company. Company can not take responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to issuance/cancellation of air/bus/train tickets or any other arrangements not done through company.

 

BROCHURE

All information given in the brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication and we reserve the right to change the information before of after tour booking due to situations beyond our control. If we are aware of any changes in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking.

 

MEALS

The menus are pre-set provided on the tour, unlike an airline, we can not provide a special meal, nor we guarantee a special diet to passenger/s. We however will try our best to make arrangements as available.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services not part of the package cost and availed by the passenger/s needs to be paid directly to service provider/s. Please note that porterage, tips, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, paid toilets etc. are not included unless specified as included.

 

HOTELS

We take extreme care while selecting hotels well located however sometimes they can be away from city centre. Most of the rooms will have private bath and shower facilities and will be the same or similar service quality as mentioned in the itinerary. Request for room allocation or connecting rooms will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Facilities such as mini bar, room service availed by the passenger/s needs to be paid by them in full directly with the hotel before check out. Standard check in time is 1500 hours and check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and late check outs are subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in advance.

 

BAGGAGE

Passenger/s are responsible for their own baggage. Baggage at the airport, during air/train/coach travel or immigration points etc. The porterage or the tips for services provided to carry baggage to the room is passenger/s responsibility and has to be paid directly to the service providers.

 

CANCELLATION DUE TO VISA REJECTION

All the passenger/s travelling with Travel Connextion for holiday tour must be in possession of valid visa. It is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate to grant/reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company shall not be held responsible for the same. Role of the company is only to provide assistance to client for purpose of applying for visa. Company is not responsible for any rejection due to incomplete documents or late receipt of required documents from client/s. Booking amount shall be forfeited on cancellation of tour due to visa rejection.

 

TOUR DATE CHANGE

A change in date for a booked tour to another date before departure will be considered as cancellation for originally booked tour and cancellation charges will apply as specified and a fresh booking for another date unless authorized in writing by company.

 

REFUNDS

We reserve the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or change in booked tour/services. Such refunds will be based on various factors such as number of travellers, cancellation policies of service providers/suppliers and decision of the company on refund amount will be final. Refunds will be issued to passenger/s for bookings made directly with the company. For bookings routed through your travel agent, refund will be issued to your travel agent & you will be required to collect the same from your travel agent. No refunds will be issued for services booked but partially used or not availed.

 

DEVIATIONS

If you wish to travel in advance before the scheduled departure of tour and want to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be additional charge for the services booked. You can either make additional arrangements on your own or through us by paying the additional cost.

 

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

We take care in selecting services required as part of the tour. The company take utmost care in selecting independent contractors who provide them to make tour comfortable for each and every passenger/s. All the passenger/s booking or registering for tour organized by the company shall read and understand all the terms and conditions and strictly abide by them.

 

HEALTH

It is understood that passenger/s who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary and is well aware about the same. It is understood that passenger/s is/are medically fit to undertake the said tour. Passenger/s with any kind of medical difficulty or advised by their doctor not fit to undertake said tour should not join the tour. In case of any medical emergency while on tour, passenger/s shall be responsible to make their own arrangements for medical assistance. Company cannot he held responsible for any health-related issues of the passenger/s.

 

INSURANCE

Tour cost does not include insurance charges unless it’s mandatory as per the regulations in the respective country. Passenger/s are advised to acquire adequate insurance cover to meet expenses including medical, legal, hospitalization etc. while on tour.

 

ONLINE BOOKINGS

Travel Connextion has made the facility of online payments and by using this service you can make online payments towards booking of a tour or other related services. Your request will be processed for confirmation of price and availability as requested by you. On confirmation you will be required to make necessary payments towards the services being booked. Please make sure that all the information provided by you while booking is correct including your contact information, email id and address. We reserve the right to cancel reservation at your own risk & cost if the information submitted by you is incorrect.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES

 

If the passenger/s decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, they shall notify the company in writing well in advance as per specified time limit. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges as specified by the company. Cancellation charges for any mode of transport are applicable as per the ruled of concerned authorities. Air tickets booked under special fares are completely non-refundable. Any refunds due to passengers will be refunded to them after receipt of the same from service providers/suppliers.

 

ITINERARY CHANGES

In case of Force Majeure conditions, the company reserves the right to change/modify/alter tour itinerary and our tour cost accordingly. Such changes will be informed to passenger/s before start of the tour or while on tour as the case may be. Additional charges, if any, arising due to such changes over and above tour cost will have to be paid by the passenger/s. No compensations or claim for refunds shall be accepted by the company for limitation and on-availability of services including Museums, sightseeing, restaurants, shopping etc. even though including in the tour itinerary.

Due to certain unavoidable circumstances other than Force Majeure conditions, if any of the services are not provided by the company’s side for some reasons, then the company shall be liable to refund the passenger/s only for the missed part of the service however no other demands will be entertained neither any other payment will be made by the company in this regard.
